Anaheim Potted Plant

A popular mild chili pepper named after Anaheim, California, where it was commercially grown. These long, green peppers turn red when fully ripe and typically range from 500 to 2,500 SHU. They are commonly roasted, stuffed, or used in Mexican and Southwestern dishes such as chile rellenos.
