Bring bold citrus heat to your garden with the Aji Lemon Pepper Plant, also known as the Lemon Drop Pepper. This popular Peruvian heirloom chilli pepper is loved by growers and hot-sauce makers for its bright flavour, strong production, and vibrant yellow peppers.

Our plants are grown in 4-inch black nursery pots, making them perfect for transplanting into your garden, greenhouse, or larger containers once established.

When mature, the Aji Lemon pepper ripens to a striking lemon-yellow colour and delivers a zesty citrus flavour with a slightly sweet finish, followed by a clean, sharp heat ranging from 15,000–30,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU). The flavor is incredibly versatile and is often used in salsas, hot sauces, marinades, seafood dishes, and fresh pepper sauces.

This variety is also known for being a vigorous producer, often yielding large numbers of slender peppers throughout the growing season.
