Thank you for supporting our farm! We take great pride in growing strong, healthy pepper and tomato plants for you. Because we sell live plants, we have a specialized refund policy to ensure the best possible experience for all customers.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the delicate nature of live plants, all plant sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a plant has left our care.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Plants
If your plants arrive damaged or are not in the condition you expected, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Email us at info@blushinggreens.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Important Notes:
Plants must be picked up or received promptly after purchase to ensure their health.
We are not responsible for plants that are neglected after pickup/delivery (e.g., due to improper watering, sunlight, weather exposure).
"Heat levels" of pepper plants are based on average Scoville ratings, but final fruit heat can vary naturally based on growing conditions. No refunds are offered for natural variations.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery. After that, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
