A close relative of the habanero, the Devil’s Tongue pepper has a wrinkled, elongated shape and a bright yellow color when fully ripe. It packs intense heat, measuring between 125,000 to 325,000 SHU, with a fruity, almost citrus-like flavor. It is commonly used in hot sauces and salsas.
